Each pair of Rx eyeglasses purchased includes a Free Consultation.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with an invitation for your Free Consultation. 

Each consultation provides you with your own personal professional optician (located in the USA) who will confirm your order, go over the details of your prescription, confirm your pupillary distance and choice of lenses for each eyeglass purchased.

Our Opticians will make sure you've selected the correct options, while also providing recommendations based on prescriptions and specific needs for each pair of glasses. 

Consultations are provided by email only and are available for only 24 hours after your order is purchased.
After 24 hours we will begin production on your order and it can no longer be changed.
